The layout of the abstract text should be as follows:
Purpose, Method, Results, Conclusions (Greek & English) and should not exceed 250 words.
*In case of case reports or video presentations the layout of the abstract text should be as follows: Short presentation, Discussion (Greek & English) and should not exceed 200 words*
REMARKS
- Each author is entitled to submit up to 2 papers as a first name for each type of presentation (Free Paper – E-poster – Video presentation)
- Abstracts should be submitted both in English and in Greek and follow layout instructions. *Abstracts can be submitted only in English in case there is no Greek author* Abstracts that don’t comply with the instructions given will not be accepted.
- The final selection of papers to be presented at the congress will be made by the Congress Organizing Committee.
- The best papers – Free Paper, E-Poster, Video Presentation – will be awarded during the Congress.
- Late applications will not be accepted.

Accreditation
The participants of the 40th International Congress of the HSIOIRS will be provided with ECMECs by the European Accreditation Council of Medical Specialists.

Doctors, Members HSIOIRS: 180 €
Residents / Trainees*: 120 €
Opticians / Optometrists*: 90 €
Nurses*: 30 €
The participants of the categories with * will need to present a certification of their profession (professional id, letter from the director of the clinic where they work).
The registration covers participation to the scientific program, certificate of attendance with the ECMECs by the EACCME, access to the exhibition area.
In order to confirm your registration, the full deposit of the fee is required.
Fees are applicable to 24% VAT upon issuance of the relevant invoice.
